At HypeThreadz, we offer convenient payment options to make shopping easy and secure. Customers can choose between Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit at checkout, where available.
Accepted Payment Methods
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may choose Cash on Delivery when placing an eligible order.
With COD, payment is made to the delivery carrier when the order is delivered.
The full order total, including applicable shipping charges, will be displayed before the order is submitted.
COD availability may depend on the customer’s delivery location and the shipping service available for the order.
2. Bank Deposit
Customers may also pay for their order by making a bank deposit using the payment instructions provided by HypeThreadz during checkout.
Customers are responsible for depositing the full amount shown in their order.
An order paid by bank deposit will begin processing after the payment has been received and verified.
Order Total
The total amount payable will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.
Our shipping charges are:
- $5.00 standard shipping for orders of $50.00 or less.
- FREE standard shipping for orders over $50.00.
No additional payment processing fee is charged by HypeThreadz for Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit unless any applicable charge is clearly disclosed before the order is completed.
Payment Verification
Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, payment is collected when the package is delivered.
Customers should have the required amount available when the delivery arrives.
Bank Deposit
Bank deposit orders will be processed after the payment has been received and verified.
Customers may be asked to provide their order number and payment confirmation so that the payment can be matched to the correct order.
Order Processing
Once payment requirements have been satisfied, orders are processed according to our standard shipping schedule.
Handling time: 0–1 business days
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT may be processed beginning on the next business day.
Estimated transit time: 3–4 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
For COD orders, the payment is collected at delivery and does not need to be received before the order is shipped.
Unpaid or Failed Payments
For Bank Deposit orders, if payment is not received or cannot be verified, HypeThreadz may delay processing or cancel the order.
For COD orders, if a customer refuses or is unable to accept the package and pay the amount due, the order may be canceled or returned to HypeThreadz.
Repeated refused or failed COD orders may affect the availability of COD for future purchases.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery orders, HypeThreadz may request the customer’s appropriate refund details when necessary to issue an approved refund.
For Bank Deposit orders, refunds may be issued using the appropriate method available for the original payment.
Payment Security
HypeThreadz will never ask customers to provide their online banking password, PIN, security code, or other confidential banking credentials.
Customers should only use payment information provided by HypeThreadz through the official checkout process or through authorized customer service communication.
